The beach of Castelldefels is a long strip of fine grained golden sand located about 10 miles south of the city of Barcelona, nestled between two distinct ecosystems: the delta of the Llobregat River and the limestone highlands of the Garraf Park.
It has a length of 3 miles and an average width of about 300 feet. It borders to the north with the beach of Gava-Mar and to the south with the beach of Les Botigues of Sitges, which continues until the marina of Port Ginesta.
On the Castelldefels beach you can practice water sports such as sailing or kite surfing, swim in the calm waters of the Mediterranean, take the sun or walk along the promenade.
In this area you find all kinds of homes, both for rent and for sale, from apartments - many with swimming pool and sea view - to large houses, villas and mansions.
International schools such as The British School of Barcelona and Bon Soleil are very close.
